OVERNIGHT STAY: $55 and up* Longer care lasting 10 - 12 hrs includes late night potty/walk and early AM potty/walk and feeding if needed. GROOMING: $30 and up* At-home grooming by professional staff. Small pets only. Includes bath w/conditioner, dry, nail trim, and ear cleaning. HOUSE SITTING: Typical rate is $15 per day* (discounts given for weekly/monthly contracts, pre-payment is required) If you don't have pets, we can still watch your house, bring in the mail/packages, water plants, rotate lights, wait for service ppl, and perform security checks. AIRPORT VALET SERVICE: $55 o/w or $100 r/t* Service to/from Orlando Intl. Airport for humans as well as pets. Rates vary based on home pick-up area, # of passengers/animals, etc. POOP PATROL: Prices vary* Tired of picking up poop in the yard? Does the dust and smell from your litter box make your eyes water and nose hairs curl? Let us do it for you. Daily, weekly or biweekly pick up, litter box scoop and/or complete change-out, etc. LOCK OUT KEY DELIVERY: Typical rate is $12; varies due to location and time of call.* A sitter will come to your home and unlock your door if you happen to lock yourself out and we have a key on file. VALET or PERSONAL ASST: $25 service fee plus mileage if over 15 miles one way.* Transportation of pet to/from vet or groomer. Pick up dry cleaning, prescriptions, light errands, etc. (Mileage follows U.S. regulated charge of .49 per mile.) | "I have 3 cats, one is 16+ with assorted health issues. She requires special help and a somewhat unorthodox feedings. I discussed it with Julie before her first pet sit and have never had to go through the ritual with her again. She keeps very good notes on what my guys need and I only have to let her know of changes. I have used Julie for close to a year now. For the first time in my pet owner history my cats do not reject me 2 days upon return. There is no distress evident in their behaviors. I also asked many questions before I hired her. Julie answered all questions with good working knowledge of animal health and offered me some new insight as well. I was also pleasantly surprised that my most elusive cat, Ned, offered himself up for a comb and brush session for her. We did not discuss her doing that but she saw the comb out and gave it a go. I am not the most meticulous of housekeepers but my house is always in good shape when I get home. I have yet to see the normal tumble weeds of hair that should be floating around after 5 days. Food and water bowls are always clean, litter area clean and even though my mail lady refuses to listen to my stop mail order, the mail and papers are inside on the counter. sits performed on all major holidays. Discounts may apply for regularly scheduled services and/or multi-service bookings. Last
minute cancellations (less than a 4 hr notice prior to next sit) may be charged one sit fee as our sitters must adjust their schedule to
accommodate yours. Beginning 1/1/08, a fuel surcharge of $5 may be applied to weekly sits or mileage charged for sits over 15
miles one way at $.50 per mile. Returned check fee is $35. Key pick-up/drop-off is a $5.00 fee. Excessive plant watering charge of
$5.00. Whole house trash removal charge of $5.00.

* Keep a journal/leave notes, and send email updates of pet behavior and any house issues
* Any little extras you may want us to take care of
